1. Arrive on time. It’s important that we all start the class at the same time. The experience begins when class starts… if someone comes into class late, they disrupt the magic of the group.
2. Telephones & Tablets. Give yourself and everyone else a 45-minute break. Mobile devices are not allowed in class. If you have an urgent matter or are expecting an important call, leave your cell phone in reception and we’ll let you know in case of emergency.
3. Blah, blah, blah. We know that you’re friends and you want to catch up, but when class starts, enjoy it and let yourselves get into it… cheer each other on, sing, and dance if you want, but don’t talk about work, grocery shopping, your kids, your partner… here and now, this moment is for you!
4. Good vibes only. We know that it’s hard, and it’s a jungle out there… but take a breath at B3B… everyone’s attitude makes a difference. Be kind to the B3B team and your classmates… we’re all here to enjoy this time.
