These Terms and Conditions govern:

Access to and use of the websites and APPs owned by B3B Woman Studio, S.L. (hereinafter, "B3B") with CIF B-95800710 and registered address at Calle Ayala 54, 28001, Madrid, Spain. Likewise, these websites and apps are used by the companies B3B Chamartín S.L. (registered address at Calle Pedro Muguruza 5, 28036 Madrid, CIF B72557986), B3B Barcelona S.L. (registered address at Calle Pedro Muguruza 5, 28036 Madrid, CIF B56601008), and B3B Retiro S.L. (registered address at Calle Fernán González 41, 28009 Madrid, CIF B24855066); these entities are managed by B3B Woman Studio S.L. Hereinafter, any reference to "B3B" in these terms and conditions refers collectively to B3B Woman Studio S.L., B3B Chamartín S.L., B3B Barcelona S.L., and B3B Retiro S.L.
Online social media channels registered under the name of B3B (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Spotify, TikTok, Vimeo, YouTube, among others), (hereinafter, "the social media channels").
The terms of use for services offered by B3B at its physical locations (hereinafter, "Studios").
The purchase and sale of products related to B3B.
The terms of use for services offered by B3B online (hereinafter, "Home Studio").

Access to the Websites implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as any modifications and/or additional legal texts that B3B may include in the future.

Interaction through social media channels implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The purchase of products and services offered by B3B—whether conducted through these websites, APPs, by telephone, or in person at one of the Studios where B3B operates—and the use of services B3B offers at its Studios and on its "Home Studio" platforms imply acceptance of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are available to users of the websites, apps, and clients on the website, within the APP, and physically at the Studios.

1. Access to Websites and APPS

These Websites and APPS owned by B3B have been developed by B3B for the purpose of offering information on and selling products and services provided by B3B. Said services consist of delivering instructor-led group physical activity classes in the Studios and providing pre-recorded classes and live streaming classes in the Home Studio.

2. Operation of Websites and Client Account

Through the Websites and APP, clients will have the option to:

Fill out the Registration Form to become a B3B client.
Purchase single classes and/or monthly recurring subscription passes (unless canceled in writing by the client) and/or flexible passes with applicable discounts on series of 5, 10, or 20 sessions.
Reserve and cancel class spots online at the Studios.
Purchase products related to the B3B WOMAN STUDIO brand.
Pay pending balances related to Studio classes.
Purchase monthly recurring subscriptions to view sessions on Home Studio.
Cancel recurring subscriptions to view sessions on Home Studio.
Purchase single sessions to participate in live stream classes (Live) on Home Studio.

The minimum age to participate in classes offered by B3B is 16 years old.

B3B services are offered exclusively to women.

All Users/Clients, regardless of whether they are registered online or not, accept these terms and conditions; any Guest invited to try a class has been informed of these terms and conditions.

However, to enjoy the services offered by B3B, Clients must create an account either in person at the Studio through B3B staff or via an online form completed with the required information. Clients grant express consent for their data to be used for the purposes described in these terms and conditions. B3B will under no circumstances commercialize said data or disclose it to third parties, except for service providers who necessarily collaborate in B3B's business operations, such as banks or payment gateways.

Clients bear full responsibility for the use of their client account. Consequently, Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and proper custody of usernames and passwords granting access to their account, and undertake not to transfer their use to third parties, whether temporarily or permanently, nor allow third-party access.

By virtue of the above, Clients must immediately notify B3B WOMAN STUDIO via email at hola@b3bwomanstudio.com of any unauthorized use of their username and/or password due to circumstances such as theft, loss, or unauthorized access, in order to proceed with immediate cancellation. Until such events are communicated, B3B WOMAN STUDIO shall be released from any liability arising from unauthorized use of usernames or passwords by third parties.

B3B Clients may hold account status for physical Studios, Home Studio, or both simultaneously. Being a client of one platform does not automatically imply client status for all platforms.

The physical Studio platform and database management software are separate from the Home Studio platform and management software. Therefore, the client registers independently across different databases, manages her accounts, and handles subscription cancellations in both databases.

3. User Conduct on the Websites

Clients undertake to make lawful, diligent, honest, and proper use of all information and content accessed through the Websites, under principles of good faith and in full compliance with applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions.

In particular, but without limitation, users shall not:

Register or provide data that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, nor access the Websites using the name, identification details, or password of another user or impersonate any person or entity.
Use the Websites for fraudulent purposes or in connection with criminal offenses or unlawful activities of any kind.
Create a Profile or use the Websites to send, use, or reuse material that is illegal, offensive, pornographic, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene, or threatening, or that violates copyrights, trademarks, confidentiality, privacy, or any other third-party rights, or is otherwise harmful or objectionable, or contains computer viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitations, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam" or general nuisance.
Download, send, or otherwise distribute content or applications that violate applicable legislation or infringe upon any third-party rights.

B3B reserves the right to deny access to the Websites, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel the provision of Services in cases of improper use of the Websites.

4. Conditions Applicable to the Purchase of Single Classes, Flexible Discount Passes, and Monthly Subscriptions for Studio Classes

4.1 Single classes and flexible passes

The option to purchase Single Classes or Discounted Passes (including bundles of 5, 10, or 20 classes) is available via the website, APP, or in person at the Studios. Payment for class purchases will be processed according to Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions.

Clients who have purchased a single class or flexible class pass may attend sessions of their choice, subject to the schedule provided by B3B and spot availability in each class.

Notwithstanding the above, Clients must note that single classes and flexible passes carry expiration dates.

Depending on the Client's selection, expiration terms and prices are as follows:

1 TRIAL CLASS session: 10-day expiration, €0 fee, valid Monday to Friday at Madrid Studios.
1 BARCELONA TRIAL CLASS session: 10-day expiration, €12 fee, valid Monday to Friday.
1 Single Session: 20-day expiration, €25 fee.
5-Session Pass: 45-day expiration, €84.50 fee.
10-Session Pass: 3-month expiration, €159 fee.
20-Session Pass: 6-month expiration, €290 fee.

B3B informs you that once the expiration period of classes or passes has elapsed, they will no longer be valid and cannot be used for class reservations, nor will the monetary value be refunded.

Purchased sessions and flexible passes will be credited to the client's account and enable class spot bookings. Each reserved spot deducts one class from the client's pass balance.

4.2 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions involve a monthly membership commitment and a recurring payment of the agreed fee for each subscription tier, renewed every 30 days.

Monthly subscriptions grant the right to utilize a set number of session credits within the month. Unused sessions during the billing month are non-refundable and cannot be rolled over to subsequent months. The client retains the right of use and is responsible for reserving desired classes, though spot availability cannot be guaranteed as class capacities are limited.

To process recurring monthly subscription payments, the client must provide credit/debit card details to enable automatic direct charges to the card.

Since November 1, 2018, subscription billing is processed exclusively via credit/debit cards; bank direct debit options are unavailable for new subscriptions initiated after this date.

The client may request subscription modifications or cancellations in writing up to 5 days prior to the subscription renewal date. Requests submitted outside this timeframe will incur a €30 administrative penalty fee.

Otherwise, changes or cancellations will take effect in the subsequent billing cycle (two months out). Cancellations and modifications must always be submitted in person at the Studio (where a physical signature is required) or by sending an email to the specific Studio where the subscription was initiated.

Depending on the Client's selection, monthly subscription options include:

5 sessions per month (maximum 1 per day): €79 fee.
8 sessions per month (maximum 1 per day): €109 fee.
Unlimited sessions per month (maximum 1 per day): €139 fee.
VIP Unlimited sessions per month (maximum 1 per day, with access to all B3B Studios): €149 fee.

Monthly subscriptions include the use of boxing gloves provided at the Studio.

5. Conditions Applicable to Booking Spots in Classes Offered by B3B in the Studios

These conditions apply whether reservations are completed online or directly at the Studios.

Through the Website, APP, or in person at the Studios, clients can reserve spots in classes they wish to attend, subject to the schedule published by B3B WOMAN STUDIO on the Website, APP, and at the Studio, and pending spot availability. B3B cannot guarantee spot availability in a specific class requested by a Client, regardless of whether she holds a single session, flexible pass, or monthly subscription.

To place class reservations, the Client must be registered as a B3B client, accept these Terms and Conditions, and hold at least one valid class credit or trial class. One class credit reserves one spot.

Classes and spot bookings are strictly non-transferable. Each Client is responsible for ensuring that third parties do not use her account or impersonate her identity in class.

Online bookings via app/website open 1 week in advance of the scheduled class. Clients may book up to 1 class per day and up to 7 classes per week. All reservations must be validated at the front desk between 60 minutes and 1 minute prior to the start of class.

If a Client is unable to attend a reserved class, she may cancel the booking free of charge provided cancellation is made at least 2 hours prior to class start. Upon cancellation, the credit is returned to the client's account balance for future bookings. Monetary refunds are not provided. If a class is not canceled or cancellation occurs less than 2 hours before start, one class credit will be deducted for flexible pass holders and 5- or 8-session monthly subscribers. For Unlimited and VIP Unlimited monthly subscribers, an 8-euro penalty fee will be charged.

To cancel a class:

Cancel online via the website or APP by logging into the client account and selecting "cancel" on the reserved class.
Cancel in person at the Studio front desk.
Cancellations are not accepted via telephone.

If a class is fully booked, clients may join a Waitlist via the app or website. Joining the Waitlist requires available class credits in the account. If a spot opens up, an automatic confirmation email will be issued. If the client no longer wishes to attend the assigned spot, she must proceed to cancel her reservation using standard procedures.

Vacant spots are assigned sequentially to applicants on the Waitlist. Once assigned and confirmed, standard class cancellation policies apply if the client chooses not to attend.

Class schedules are subject to change. If Management cancels a class with existing reservations, class credits will be restored to clients' accounts.

B3B reserves the right to substitute scheduled instructors for any class without granting entitlement to class credit or monetary refunds.

Unlimited Monthly and VIP Unlimited Monthly subscribers who fail to cancel bookings within the required 2-hour window will incur an automatic €8 penalty charge to their registered payment method. Unsuccessful charges will be registered as pending balances, which can be settled at the Studio front desk or automatically retried on the registered payment card.

6. Conditions Applicable to the Acquisition of Physical Products Related to the B3B Brand

Products related to the B3B brand may be purchased directly at the Studios using cash or credit/debit card. Physical products cannot be purchased or exchanged using class credits.

Clients may return products purchased at B3B free of charge within 14 calendar days of purchase upon presentation of the original receipt.

Returned items must be unused, with original packaging, tags, documentation, and accessories intact.

Provided returns are completed within the required timeframe and condition, B3B will process refunds using the original payment method as promptly as possible.

7. Prices and Payment Methods

These pricing and payment terms apply to class credit purchases, monthly subscriptions, flexible passes, online On Demand content subscriptions, LIVE online classes, and physical B3B branded merchandise.

All prices indicated on Websites and at Studios are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT and taxes.

Clients must pay corresponding fees through permitted payment methods available on Websites or at Studios.

For every completed purchase, B3B will issue an email confirmation containing order details, invoice, or receipt following acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and payment processing.

Payments are processed through secure payment gateways complying with standard encryption and security protocols.

Clients must notify B3B immediately of any fraudulent or unauthorized charges on cards used for purchases by emailing the specific Studio where the account was registered. For Home Studio purchases, notifications must be directed to hola@b3bhomestudio.com.

Prices for products and services may be updated by B3B at any time. Clients retain the right to decline further purchases or cancel recurring subscriptions accordingly.

8. Publication of Comments and Reviews on the Website and/or Social Media

Comments, posts, and reviews shared on Websites and social media channels must remain suitable for general audiences and refrain from indecent, improper, or offensive content.

Specifically, the following are prohibited:

Discriminatory Content: Posts targeting individuals or violating rights to honor, personal/family privacy, self-image, or human dignity. Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, opinion, nationality, disability, or personal/social circumstances is strictly forbidden.
Demeaning Content: Intimidating, threatening, degrading posts, or content inciting violence against individuals or groups.
Advertising Content: Utilizing the Website for commercial promotion, brand marketing, personal business solicitation, or collecting user email addresses for unsolicited marketing (spam).
Self-Harm Promotion: Content promoting substance abuse, eating disorders, or self-harm encouragement.

B3B reserves the right to remove any comments or reviews violating these guidelines and restrict account access for non-compliant users.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Intellectual and Industrial Property Relating to the Brand and the B3B Method

Trademarks, logos, and trade names displayed on these websites are the property of B3B. Downloading or modifying our trademarks, logos, and icons without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
The B3B Woman® training method is proprietary intellectual property owned by B3B, registered in the United States of America with universal protection. Reproduction in whole or in part is strictly prohibited.

9.2 Intellectual and Industrial Property Relating to the Website

All rights to website content, design, and source code—including photographs, images, texts, logos, artwork, trademarks, trade names, and data—are owned by B3B, its shareholders, or third parties who authorized their use.

Pursuant to Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 (Intellectual Property Act) and Law 17/2001 (Trademarks Act), any reproduction, distribution, public communication, adaptation, translation, or transformation of website content without explicit written consent from B3B is prohibited.

Access to or browsing of Websites does not grant any license, waiver, transfer, or assignment of intellectual or industrial property rights by B3B.

9.3 Intellectual and Industrial Property Relating to Comments and Reviews

Clients submitting comments or reviews declare that published content is their exclusive property or that explicit authorization from rights holders has been obtained.

Clients grant B3B a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute, and display such content for website and social media operations. Users assume sole responsibility for potential third-party copyright or trademark infringement claims.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Limitation of Liability

Medical Disclaimer: Studio staff members are not medical professionals. Clients with questions regarding health or physical suitability for exercise are strongly advised to consult a physician prior to participation.

For health and safety reasons, all Clients and Guests must inform Studio staff of any medical conditions or physical limitations impacting physical activity.

10.2 Disclaimer via Website and Social Media

B3B assumes no liability for damages or losses arising from access to or use of Websites and social media channels. Without limitation, B3B is not responsible for:

Unavailability, maintenance outages, or technical disruptions of Websites, APPs, or content.
Unsuitability of Websites, APPs, or content for specific user goals.
Content on third-party websites accessed via external hyperlinks.
Presence of viruses, malware, or malicious code on Websites.
Unlawful, negligent, or fraudulent use of Websites contrary to these Terms and Conditions or good faith, including intellectual property violations.
Incidents caused by user negligence or improper Website usage.
Publication of user comments violating these Terms and Conditions or third-party rights.
Force majeure events, telecommunications blockages, power outages, or actions/omissions by third-party infrastructure providers beyond B3B's reasonable control.

11. Hyperlinks

Websites may contain links to third-party web pages provided solely for informational purposes. B3B assumes no responsibility for content, privacy policies, or services offered on external sites, nor does linking imply affiliation, endorsement, or approval.

12. Studio Access and Use Regulations

Management reserves the right of admission based on room capacity or operational needs.

Clients must check in at reception prior to every class.

Failure to validate attendance at the Front Desk causes the system to record a no-show without timely cancellation, resulting in class credit deduction or an €8 penalty fee for Unlimited/VIP Unlimited subscribers.

Room access outside scheduled class times is prohibited. Entry is permitted only with a valid class purchase and confirmed spot reservation.

Punctuality is required. Recommended arrival times:

First Visit: 20–25 minutes before class start time.
Regular Visits: At least 5 minutes before class start time.

Late entry is strictly prohibited once class begins. If a Client arrives late or is delayed in changing rooms and denied entry, the class credit will not be deducted and no penalty fee will apply.

Waitlisted clients present at the Studio when class begins will be assigned any unoccupied spots.

Early exits prior to class completion are allowed only when unavoidable, during the final stretching segment, ensuring equipment is put away quietly to minimize disruption.

Rental or loaner boxing gloves must be returned to designated storage bins after class. Hygienic inner gloves/wraps are mandatory when using rental gloves and recommended for all boxing activities.

Used towels must be placed in designated drop hampers. Clients are requested to maintain locker room tidiness and bench courtesy. All personal belongings (shoes, bags) must be stored inside lockers during visits.

Locker room lockers are intended for temporary use during class visits only. Lockers must be cleared upon leaving the Studio. Items left overnight will be stored for one month and subsequently donated to charity without monetary compensation.

Locker usage does not constitute a custody agreement; the Studio is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen personal property from lockers or common areas.

Private Rental Lockers: Long-term rental lockers outside changing rooms are available for exclusive monthly use via recurring subscription billing.

Outside food is prohibited inside Studios and locker rooms.

Clients must comply with posted "Studio Etiquette" guidelines at all times. B3B reserves the right to evict individuals exhibiting disruptive behavior, poor hygiene, or non-compliance.

Clients must not alter audio, TV, or climate control settings; requests must be directed to Studio staff.

Mobile phone use inside exercise rooms during class is strictly prohibited.

Clients booking through third-party platform partners (e.g., UrbanSports, Wellhub, ClassPass) are bound by these Terms and Conditions; payment and membership structures remain subject to partner platform terms.

13. Modifications

B3B reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms are accessible via the website and at physical Studio front desks. Continued use of services following published modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

14. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal, such decision shall not affect the validity of remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. Invalid clauses shall be replaced by valid provisions achieving the intended commercial purpose.

15. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Pursuant to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Consumer Protection Law), disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts corresponding to the user's residence, or the courts of Madrid, Spain, if the user resides abroad.
